Vector Lifting was engaged to supply a 70 tonne capacity luffing crane for LKAB’s Mertainen Iron Ore Mine, near the artic town of Kiruna in Sweden. The project deliverables included bespoke design, manufacture and site commissioning.

PTA Perth Transport Authority Vector Lifting Mobile Train Jacks for maintenanceWA METRONET RAILCAR PROJECT
Vector Lifting was recently awarded the contract through the new METRONET project to design and manufacture specialised maintenance equipment for the new Bellevue Rail Car depot. The new depot is part of the WA governments Metronet Railcar Project which will see the new Alstom C-Class Trains manufactured in Western Australia. Vector Liftings contract consists of supplying 24 x bespoke lifting jacks to allow the depot operators to lift a complete 6 car train. The lifting jacks will be utilized during the manufacturing as well as ongoing use for the maintenance of the new railcars as well as existing PTA fleet. 3 x specialised bogie turntables to assist with the flow of bogies throughout the depotIn Floor Bogie Press to assist with the measurements and calibration of the bogies for the new C-Class Fleet.
